Les tanins bien serr\u00e9s construisent l\u2019architecture du vin bien macul\u00e9e de la chair des m\u00fbres, cassis, cerises et fraises.<\/p><p>Assemblage de 80% de Grenache et 20% de Syrah de 60 ans qui poussent sur de grandes terrasses alluviales faites d\u2019argiles rouges caillouteuses. R\u00e9colte manuelle \u00e9rafl\u00e9e, foul\u00e9e, c\u00e9pages vinifi\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Fermentation alcoolique de 4 semaines avec pigeages manuels.
